Staybridge Suites Miami International Airport by IHG

The service at the front desk was excellent and fast. Valet performed very well. Our room was very clean and well maintained. No weird odors and no abnormal odors at all. The bed, pillows and bed sheets and covers very clean and comfortable. On the morning of checkout, the complimentary breakfast was outstanding and the staff working the breakfast were awesome! Very polite, professional and fast service. This hotel was a perfect location for our reason being in Miami and the prices at this hotel are more than reasonable. We stayed only one night, 1/20/2026, and we didn't get to our room until after 11pm and it had been a very busy day for us. So by the time we got our room, we were exhausted. I normally sleep soundly and my wife and I slept very soundly despite the noise from the airport. I can understand if someone isn't a sound sleeper like me how the airplanes landing and taking off could be a sound issue. Our room was on the side of the airport. If management has the ability, ask for a room on the opposite side of the airport. The pool and gym were nice and clean. The entire atmosphere inside the hotel was very welcoming. If we are back in Miami we will definitely stay here again.

Mark at the front desk went above and beyond to help us have a great stay. When we checked in late at night I noticed a strong smell in our room. It has a small kitchen so I am guessing someone cooked really strong food the day or so before. The smell didn’t go away so we requested to switch rooms early the next morning . The hotel was fully booked but he managed to find us another room quickly. Everyone here has been so nice and extremely helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is great also. The shuttle driver was also prompt, extremely nice and helpful.

Clean hotel with excellent service. Marc was a better host than most luxury hotels have. Rooms are large and perfectly maintained. Everything inside and outside of the hotel far exceeded expectation. The location is in a scetchy neighborhood, but they did a fantastic job of keeping the hotel isolated from the external factors. Everyone was friendly including the free shuttle from the airport. We stayed before and after our cruise and will 100% stay again for the next cruise.

I had an amazing experience with the hotel hospitality, especially Tiffany and Maykel. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate me during my check in when I wasn’t feeling well. From the moment they noticed I needed assistance, they were attentive, compassionate, and incredibly professional. They made sure I had everything I needed in my room and even brought extra items to ensure I was comfortable. Their kindness and genuine care made a difficult moment so much easier, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service they provided. I’m truly grateful for their hospitality and outstanding support. Thank you, Tiffany and Maykel, for making such a positive difference in my experience!

Room was clean and well stocked with Dove products, i.e. shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, body wash. Continental breakfast had lots of options and was very good. I arrived at the airport and called for the shuttle last minute as I was unaware they had one and they picked us up right away. Check in and check out was both very seamless and Marc at the checkout counter was very charismatic and super friendly will be returning awesome place to stay

I had an excellent stay at Staybridge Suites Miami International Airport, Miami, FL and it absolutely deserves five stars. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful — something that clearly shows up in many other Google reviews as well. The location near Miami International Airport is extremely convenient, and the free airport shuttle made arrival and departure effortless. My suite was spacious, spotless, and very well laid out, with a fully equipped kitchenette that made it feel more like a small apartment than a hotel room. The bed was comfortable, and everything felt well maintained. Breakfast was another highlight — a complimentary hot breakfast with plenty of variety, amd those WAFFLES. The hotel also offers great amenities like a fitness center, outdoor pool, and free laundry facilities, making it ideal for both short stays and longer visits. Overall, this property delivers excellent value, comfort, and service. Based on both my experience and the consistently strong reviews, I would absolutely stay here again and confidently recommend it to anyone traveling through Miami. I would like to give a shout out to Maykel Alonso, assistant GM, who went so far above and beyond to accommodate us when we had to extend on short notice.

Loved this hotel! The staff members are so nice and accommodating! From the moment I landed, the van driver, the valet guys, breakfast team , the front desk people...everyone was so nice! I felt like I was staying st someone's home! The housekeeping team was top notch and my room was immaculate! The Staybridge brand offers huge suites, and complimentary delicious breakfast, + complimentary evening food! This hotel is clean, the people are amazing, and thr location is so convenient to get in/out/around Miami. Fantastic choice to stay here!

My daughter stayed at the Staybridge while she was in Miami for three weeks for aviation training. The hotel is new, the room was perfect for her extended stay. I'd like to personally commend and thank the manager, Joe Thomas, for his kind hospitality and assistance. My daughter fell ill for two days during her stay, and Mr. Thomas ensured meals and groceries got right to her room in a timely manner. As a parent (even though my daughter is grown young woman), that meant quite a lot to me. At the end Mr. Thomas even provided a very late checkout so that my daughter could organize her airport departure after the day's training event. Absolutely recommend this hotel for it's newness, cleanliness, and personable and professional staff.
